I’ve done the research so let me share my knowledge. These are some of the places that I shop that really impress me. Please read my full disclosure policy for more information please please note: any compensation I may receive DOES NOT influence my recommendation of these companies.

Gifts

deLaFlowers BirthdayI wrote about one of my experiences with this company here. Seriously, I’m VERY happy with the service they have provided. Since writing that post I’ve received another e-mail from them with another coupon for a future order. Their prices are great, delivery is very quick, and the customer service is extraordinary.

Thank You! 120x60
I have not had the opportunity to purchase from this company, but I know many people who have and say it’s GREAT which is why I’m including them in this list.

Fairy Tale Brownies is another great site. I have purchased from and received gifts from this site. All I can say is YUMMY! Seriously, if you want to send me a gift and need an idea this is it. Their brownies are to die for!

Cheryl & Co. is another great food gift site. They offer beautiful cookie gift boxes. They really have some of the most delicious looking gifts. Yummy. :)

Edible Arrangements is really a family favorite. A healthy treat that is beautiful to look at. Each of these stores is individually owned but I’ve had great luck with the two I’ve used. Be sure to see if there’s a store near you (or your gift recipient).

Photo Printing

Free Shipping My family has been buying prints from Kodak Gallery for years. Their gallery is a great way for us to share digital photos then to allow family members to purchase the ones they want. We’ve also purchased gift calendars and received a gift photo book from them — all have been great quality.

Website Stuff

GoDaddy.com $6.95 .com Sale 120x90 I register all my domains here (yes, I said all). There’s prices are amazing. I bought my first domain here probably five years ago and have been using them ever since. I have yet to find a cheaper domain registrar and have always had great luck with them.

I host all my websites here. This is the third host I’ve had in the years I’ve had websites. By far this is my favorite. As I hinted at, I have multiple websites. With many hosts (some cheaper than this one) you have to purchase a separate hosting plan for each website. Not here. You can host as many sites as you want on one plan. (There is a size limit but, seriously, it’s large! I have five websites on my plan and will be adding a fifth soon. Every day that you remain with them you earn more space. Note: when you sign up put my promo code: CHARMINGTALES and you’ll save $20 on your first 12 month’s. Can’t beat that. :)

Random Business Stuff

As you know, I hope, I own my own business. I’ve found some great business tools also.

Project a professional image with RingCentral
This is another service I don’t personally use but only because I don’t have the need for it yet. I know many colleagues who use them for their phone management and swear by the company. There are others out there but everyone I know says they are the best. This service provides you with one phone number that you can then forward to other numbers. It also gives you the “big company” feel with multiple extensions, etc.

GoToMyPC Free Trial + $10 Off When I travel I need to be able to access my desktop computer. The easiest way to do that is with GoToMyPC. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a 30 day free trial (which works great if you have to be out of town for a week. I’ve also tried Remote Desktop Connection which works through your computer (it’s free) but, honestly, I have trouble configuring it right sometimes. GoToMyPC always works so I often go back to it when I’m in a bind and need to be out of the office.

25% off Business Cards at iPrint
I first used iPrint when Connie of Signature Worx redesigned my business cards. I love the quality of the cards and the price ROCKED. I have some note cards being designed currently and can’t wait to see them finished.

VistaPrint.com. Save up to 90% I wasn’t going to include VistaPrint on my recommendations list but I changed my mind. They are really inexpensive. The quality of their product isn’t 5-star but if cost is a huge factor try them out.

Constant Contact --> Your Email Marketing Manager I don’t currently use Constant Contact but only because I couldn’t keep up with a newsletter. As soon as I get my act together and get my newsletter running again I’ll be back with them in a flash. There service is awesome. I had NO problems doing the HTML coding for my newsletter (which may surprise you but I am horrible at that). If you have a newsletter or other mailing list then I highly recommend using Constant Contact to manage it.
