		<description>A lot of people tell you that if you really want to achieve your goals, you should tell everybody you know and make a big deal about them so you&#039;ll be &quot;accountable&quot;. Personally, I think you should keep your goals under wraps - the more important a goal is to you, the fewer people you should tell. Loose lips sink ships, y&#039;all.

Call me cynical, but people like to see other people fail - the more people who know about your goals, the more people you&#039;ll have trying to hold you down. Don&#039;t get me wrong, I don&#039;t think it&#039;s deliberate or even conscious most of the time, but that doesn&#039;t keep it from happening.

I applaud you keeping your goals to yourself - tell the people that have to know, and maybe a close friend or two who can be trusted, but leave the rest of the world in the dark. Besides, it makes for a big surprise when you finish. :D</description>
