I’m not sure if it’s allergies that I’m getting (which I don’t usually have issues with) or if I’m getting a cold. But, I feel kind of yucky. I did check out the pollen index and it’s “Moderate” today. Although the yellow covering every flat or not so flat surface tells me something different.
But, you have to look at Accuweather’s Indices page. It’s pretty funny. Not only does it tell you the pollen index but the frizz index, BBQ index, and dog walking index too, among others.
So, I’m going to go sniffle my way through the day. Wish me luck. Honestly, I’m not sure if I want it to be allergies or a cold. Both are bad…just not sure which is worse.
You’ve been through a lot of stress this past week so give yourself some breathing space and time.
Are you using a Neti Pot? I’ve got one that I use from time to time and it helps, I need to use it all the time.
