and Spring Fever has hit HARD.

I have a kink in my neck from looking out the window all morning itching to get outside. Since nothing was getting accomplished anyway I finally gave in. Ahhhh, sweet relief.

I picked up my niece and took her down to the lake with her bike. She rode, I walked. It was AMAZING! It was warm, still needed a sweatshirt but the sun was shining and the grass is GREEN. (Can you see me doing the happy dance in my chair???)

I look out my back slider and all I see is the gorgeous green grass. If I keep my door open (or sit on the back patio — which I did) all I hear are the yells and cheers from the kids playing softball across the street.

It’s definitely going to become a regular occurrence going to the lake to walk. I need to get a bike, I’d love to be able to walk AND ride to shake things up a bit.

This weekend is supposed to be gorgeous. Wonder if I can find someone to go for a drive/walk/hike somewhere. Hmm…..

Ahhh….Spring. I’m LOVING it.

So…what will I do tomorrow?
