I have a confession to make. I’ve never been a huge vegetable fan.
Well, with the onset of the infamous “retarded diet” I’ve decided to try a new vegetable every week. Or, at least often. LOL
Last week I made asparagus for the first time. It was YUMMY. (Oh yeah, I already told you that.)
Today I tried an artichoke. I didn’t like it.
It was YUCKY.
I bought some fresh broccoli (I usually buy frozen) and I’m going to try cooking it a different way this week.
So, any ideas for next week’s experiment? Give me tips or ideas on another new vegetable.
Oh, and if you know where I can find some eggplant PLEASE let me know. I want pizza and can’t have the crust but I remember a pizza I made with an eggplant crust once before only I can’t find the stinking eggplant anywhere.
Any ideas? Or, if you have another idea for a crustless pizza please pass those on.
