We have a tentative surgery date of Tuesday, September 24. The transplant team will review everything Friday and approved that date but it looks like surgery will take place then.
I’ll know more later, and will definitely share.

P.S. I feel a little guilty — I’m sharing this with you and my dad doesn’t even know yet!! He’s in dialysis right now and my sister doesn’t want someone else giving him the news.
