Approximately 2600 people raced today. This is the bike to run transition station. It’s pretty amazing to watch the volunteers find and hand off the right bag to the racers so quickly. They have a pretty good system set-up. I couldn’t get a good picture with my camera phone — sorry. [...]

I was able to watch the Ironman race today in Coeur d’Alene. A portion of the race went down the street I live on so I was able to watch some of the biking from my back patio. It’s pretty amazing to watch.
