So today is my hell day. Nothing is going right. At all.
My computer is NOT working right. My QuickBooks program decided to puke out on me last week. I upgraded to the 2007 program. Only I can’t load it on my computer! Why? My computer SUCKS!
I have a colleague who can host the program for me on her computer. Only that won’t work. Why? My computer SUCKS! I can’t print to ANY of my office printers if I’m logged in to her server — it’s not a problem on her end. No, everyone else can print, it’s just me. Heck, if I log in via my laptop I can print. Officially, my computer SUCKS!
I went today to buy a new VCR/DVD player…mine broke a year and a half ago and I decided I finally needed to replace it. No problem, right? No, the new players is BROKEN. No big deal, right, just go return it. Yeah, that’s where I’m headed…for the THIRD TIME TODAY. Because after I got home and hooked it up I realized I needed an extension cord. So, I went back to the store to buy one. Now I have to go back, AGAIN to exchange the VCR for one that actually works.
No big deal, right. Well, in one of my attempts to fix my computer I tried cleaning it. No big deal, right? Well, I had to crawl under my desk to unhook then rehook up my computer. Now my hip and neck hurt so bad I want to cry. Seriously, it hurts to walk.
But, off I go, limping all the way back to the store that I love oh so much. (Can you see me rolling my eyes?) To replace this stupid VCR that should have worked when I brought it home the first time.
Yes, officially TODAY SUCKS.
